Board Meeting Information

Below is the regular meeting schedule. The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as may be needed. All notice of meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

Meeting Dates: First Friday of March, June, September, and November
Time: 9:00 A.M.
Location: via teleconference.

The Board of District No. 2 determines to hold and provide notice of an annual meeting, pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on the first Friday of November, at 8:30 a.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not requiring a physical presence, subject to change by action of the Board.

Notices of board meetings are posted online and if the website is not available at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Riverside Bldg, Unit 3 at the Front Desk. You may view agendas, and minutes below.
